I do think Neal is dead for good. But there's still a possibility for him to be resurrected since Zelena wants to go back in time. If she successful changes events then he might still be alive. I also get a little annoyed when they blend the lines a bit. At the same time, the show has been consistently great this season so I have little problem with it but it can be slightly annoying.
All the stuff going on this season already makes me excited for next season. I have so many questions like how will the baby fit into next season (assume he/she lives), will Robin Hood be part of the cast, and who will be next years villain?
