tbqh I think it could do well. I played the video today for my family(the older teens(being +18)) and one of them had the song stuck in their head.. And couldn't stop singing it.. I think the world is ready
Actually now that I think of it.. I have more stations than I did last week so this could be less spins than last week.. but it shouldn't be that bad of an update like I thought tomorrow.. Alot of stations are already picking up MTN more than last week anyways, so I think we are ready for MTN take over starting this week
We'll just wait and see. I was very disappointed with the negative spin update from HAC.
Well tomorrow AC picks up MTN right away so we should be seein higher AI updates starting tuesday but HAC is also doing xmas songs too so that could be it btw

If, and this is the important part, if AC is going to pick up MTN, it's going to be on Tuesday, and not a lot of AC stations are going to pick it up at the same time.
Hardly any signs of that in these spin/AI updates over the past 2 weeks.
Your forgetting how many times we've said that they won't do much to anything for new songs until after today.. And todays update was a shock as I expected only 200 spins from the stations I listed today.. And alot had 7+ spins.. 10 stations actually.. And barley any were red/dark red.. Alot were orange and green.. Thats very good for today..

Also as an afterthought, it could also be that only 16 stations on the panel have playlisted the song; therefore, only 16 stations supporting a song out of over 80 can only sustain positive spin updates for so long before they begin going negative.

I keep forgetting tomorrow is monday. Some stations will submit tomorrow, but again that doesn't warrant or guarantee any of them will submit a MTN radio add.

Our best bet is to wait till the new year. By then nit only will Xmas music be out of rotation but so will year end countdowns

yes that is very true.. Hopefully more stations add it as the weeks go by
