I don't think anything less than #2 is in the cards for this week though quite frankly. I think #2 is a given for this song at the very least.

Because you didn't quote anyone, I'm going to assume that you are implying that SIO should go to #1 because it is superior to Anaconda to you. Taste in music is subjective as is whether or not a song deserves to go #1.

I still think that SIO is going #1 due to stronger airplay and sales, but I still think that there is a small chance Anaconda can turn into a dark horse and snatch it. But, that means that is going to have super strong US streams.

AATB has had an amazing week though in all formats. The struggle for the #2 spot will be close. Streaming is so unpredictable, so nothing is a "given" until we get actual numbers.

The members in the chart threads, who analyse these charts regularly and understand the Billboard formula fully, said that if Anaconda get's around 31M US BASED streams it will go #1. So really it's a case of luck, if Nicki creates huge controversy tomorrow with her performance that could propel her to those heights. Also, it all depends on how local the video was, which is something we won't find out until we actually know where it charts next week. So, in reality, it's just one big waiting game.

It's a good song so I don't think it will drastically go down to cause a rolling effect.

Songs regularly lose spins on the 8th day effect. Taylor's will be minimum because she released her song in the middle of the day. It won't really matter because she'll lose spins for about a day and a half.
