Rainbow was a big step down from all her previous efforts up to that point, but DC/TLC Leftoveriah wasn't bad.

I think the reason Rainbow gets so much hate is because it came after her magnum opus

If it was released after Glitter the fans and critics wouldn't give it a hard time

Apart from How Much, Did I Do That? and TGIFY it's a pretty solid album

It's got a very late 90's Pop/RnB sound, it's very TLC
