4 is more I am than "I Am..." is (in my opinion)

& B'Day is more "Sasha Fierce" than Sasha Fierce is.....

What role do you guys think Mathew played in Beyonce's music? Because the 2 albums he had essentially no musical involvement in are truly Bey's best work,.

Broken-Hearted Girl was too easily digestable...it was a song that could've been easily done by less talented crossover vocalists.

Matthew's involvement is a good and bad thing. His presence and mentoring was certainly necessary for Bey not to end up like Britney and he gave her all the knowledge she needs to step out on her own...I honestly think Listen was about him...I think her playing Deena in Dreamgirls made a big deal in her life...
