Any normal girl from the streets in 1980s would've never had a second album if their first bombed, let alone a third album and a recording contract after their first two bombed.
Her being MJ's sister allowed her to continue making music and being backed by labels despite having no success. She wouldn't have gotten to a 3rd album and she wouldn't have become a superstar if it wasn't for being MJ's sister, being realistic.

Being Micheal's sister was good and bad. Bad because they would always compare Janet to Micheal which is unfair because Janet is her own person. I feel bad for Nipplegate while Justin got away Janet her career suffered and with that her legacy kinda suffered..

Mustin not suffering for Nipplegate was disgusting. Wasn't he at the Grammys a week later making fun of her? And a month later the Cry Me A River video came out and he used Britney (even though he cheated too), and then a few months after that told the world how she was not a virgin A scumbag through and through.
