Uh no, because Avril typically loses power by her third single, and the success of the prior single (MHE-Nobody's Home, WYG-Hot) does nothing to reverse that.
Smile hasn't had enough of an impact to provide any benefit to WYWH, and at the rate it's going it almost definitely never will. That is a fact. We need promo for the song, that isn't going to happen, so yes, I want to move on to WYWH.
I'm over this single, I don't care if we don't see it reach its potential peak of #68 on the Hot 100.
