Until BSE (and excluding singles cause of the music videos) I never actually knew who was singing except when Niall or Louis were singing. I started picking up Harry's voice better in TMH. But I think I know who's who by this album.

On UAN you didn't even need to listen to their voices to know it was Liam on the verses, Harry on the chorus, and Zayn in the bridge + ad-libs... with the occasional appearance from Louis and Niall in the middle somewhere. It was so formulaic.

I saw that earlier, what a mess. I like what he's trying to do with this Music Monday thing but that title is so cringeworthy.
I would say Avril and Gaga are still a bit bigger.
1D are doing very well though.

I knew Avril and Gaga were very successful over there, but I wasn't quite sure. I've seen a few different acts imitating 1D to achieve success in Japan (and it's worked for them) so I assumed 1D were bigger than what they actually are.
