Yes, but I would think that as we approach full adoption, less people will buy ATRL+.

People won't want to spend $20 to get something that they're going to eventually get for free anyway (unless they're impatient).

There was only a rush of people buying it recently because the OP states that access would be guaranteed, and implies that that would take effect on 11/30.
