So apparently the midseason premiere in March will take place 6 months after the second bombing:

Love the twins they're so gorgeous I wrote it off early because I thought it wouldn't last but Priyanka is killing it. The ratings are slipping though and so far I enjoy the show & don't want it to be cancelled too early. I'm only on episode 8 but I remember loving Revenge as well and wondering where they would take it in the next few seasons and it lowered in quality, hope Quantico doesn't have the same fate and the writer's know how to keep the show going

The ratings are slipping because it's getting boring IMO. Everyone is tired of them dragging out the whodunnit thing and the episodes are becoming filler with nothing happening. I hope it picks up in the midseason premiere in March.
