It's when labels wait until a single has reached a high level of airplay audience and then release for digital downloads. Love Is Love's definition is weird considering most songs go for adds before digital release unless it's not the first single from an album...

I was wondering if she is gonna be able to do live performances BEFORE the album drops. Cause isnt britney going overseas soon?
