Exactly, if the Grammys want the ratings they should've let Miley perform this.
They're going to get the ratings regardless because last year was a great year in music. I wish she performed to push it into the Top 10, but forget the Grammys. I'll be focusing on overseas if I were her.

"What will Miley Cyrus do next?" Everyone always says. They def are gonna get good ratings but this would've helped.
