I just realized Lefsetz's "Taylor Killed Her Career" article was published exactly two years ago the day.

I remember a lot of people seemed to believe back then that she did actually kill her career...
But time has proved that she didn't... And if her career could survive that, it could survive pretty much anything.

All celebs get that. The sad fact is the higher up you are, the more people want to tear you down. I've seen so many articles about gaga's, Taylor's, Katy's, adele's, kesha's (basically everyone's) careers being over. They like to blow things outta proportion and make them seem 10x worse than they were. Did Taylor sound bad that night? Yes. Was it terribly horrible, pooping her pants on stage, career ending performance, hell no.

They've been implying her 15 minutes are up everytime something goes wrong but the truth is we already know that her 15 minutes if that's what they want to call it have lasted 6 years and don't look like they will stop anytime soon. Someday they'll be right and she won't be a superstar mega seller but I firmly believe she will still be selling out stadiums and making great music 20-30 years from now
