I'm not sure how reliable they are, but one of the big fansites (@TeamMileyNY) tweeted about @OfficialMedia confirming on twitter that Miley's lead single will be out in August (Produced by Dr. Luke, Cirkut, and Benny Blanco), and the new label (RCA) wants an album out in October.

I am infinitely here for a Dr. Luke/Benny/Cirkut smash but not from RCA. Ken Baker said there would be no new Miley music this summer, so oddly I hope his report is true and this is just a rumor.

They're definitely better than HWR IMO atleast Miley could be looking at 4-5 actual radio singles with decently timed videos and performances this era

Anything is better than HWR, but I've just heard such awful things from Kelly/Avril/Christina stans. If Miley really wants to go all out with her comeback, RCA doesn't seem like the safest choice.

RCA may be bad but let's face it, they're A LOT better than HWR. I wouldn't mind. If she slayed with a record label like HWR, imagine what she'll do with someone better.

I doubt that she will sign with RCA after the whole **** she had to go through with HWR she probably wants a good record label who cares about her and gives her enough freedom to experiment and try something new!

RCA has gotten better with handling their artists, just like HWR has gotten better with theirs (GYHAB, LYLALS, etc.) I just really wish Miley would wake up and realize that Capitol, Interscope, and Def Jam are the elite record labels out there. But I am here for a lead single this summer. And looky here, she has 3 nods at the TCAs. What if she performs.
