Madonna's very first hit leaves us quite early. It didn't hit top 10, but it peaked at #16, and was quite a big hit in the UK. It's very airy, Dance-Pop song, and nearly defined what 80s Dance-Pop would sound like on the charts. It's not my absolute favorite, and I'm wishy washy on it, but I'm glad it made the list.

Waiting is definitely one of the more surprising results on this list. It was one of the 3/4 tracks not produced by Shep Pettibone on Erotica, and has a very jazzy Trip-Hop/House sound. I like it a lot, and the spoken word intro is really heavenly.
