There should be no reason why this won't be a hit. If "Raise Your Glass" can do it than so can this.
If there is anything that will hurt What the Hell -- it is the fact that Avril will have more competition in WTH's first two weeks on the radio than RYG had its entire lifespan.
Despite that WTH is such a hot song, pop will eat this up and the song will slay regardless.
