I can relate to this very much, the feeling of knowing you can't feel "normal" (hate that word) without needing something to force you to feel a certain way really sucks. Mental illness statistics, and just mental health in general is truly just staggering. The fact that society stigmatizes it and brainwashes its children to automatically think CRAZY when they hear the term is terrible + there is virtually NO awareness risen unless you go out of your way to try and find things out. These things NEED to be talked about in public schools. I know I'm rambling, but djklslgfjsf; this just makes me frustrated.
