Their performances have gotten so much worse though. They look so bored and disinterested on stage that I can't even watch them. Some of the "Huh" performances were fierce but have you seen them perform lately? It's TRAGIC.

This is awful compared to their "Huh" era performances.
and I like 4minute's music. I have been a fan since their For Musik days(actually on an overall basis that's their best piece of work and that's not saying much.
BUT I AM NOT A DELUSIONAL FAN
They're not bad. Really, they have their lackluster performances and good performances just like everyone else, though I have yet to see a truly great one.
However.
Their music is not up to par with the other girl groups. I can tell you, I have downloaded every song they have EVER RELEASED just to judge fairly, and it doesn't even compare.
Huh, I My Me Mine, Hot Issue, Why, Dreams Come True, First, Ready Go, Mirror Mirror, Heart to Heart, You Know, Music, Highlight, and December. Those are their only listenable songs. I have 31 songs by 4minute, and out of all those, only 13 are listenable. That is a sad ratio, gurls, a sad ratio.
EDIT: And they do seem really bored on stage, even if the performance is good. I still like them, I'm just saying.

I would have no problem saying they declined if they did(I stan for Britney but as we all know shes a JOKE now performing wise) but I just don't see it
See that first one proves my point. It seemed like it was going to be epic but as soon as the backup dancers left the stage the performance went downhill. They have no charisma or stage presence at all, they look like they don't want to be there, and their dancing is too basic and half-assed to make up for it.
The Heart to Heart perf was kinda cute, at least they seemed like they had a pulse in some parts.
This is the fierceness that I'm missing from them lately
Nothing they've done since even comes close. If they were still slaying like this and showing some actual passion for what they're doing, I'd be here for them. But as it stands, they're just tragic to me now.

Oh, I know they can perform, they were just choosing not to for whatever reason during the whole "4 Minutes Left" era and it was pissing me off. They better come hard with this next mini/album because I am not here for them giving 50%. I want the full 4 Minutes this time, not just 2Minute.

Well in that case it's a tie. 4Minute may be zombies on stage but at least they serve live vocals, whereas with T-Ara, you can never hear them over the blaring backing track. If they are singing live under that, I can't tell - they had might as well be lip syncing. A mess.

Third. I don't have a problem with their performances now so AGAIN I don't see the decline. I think After School's Bang! performances are way better than the Shampoo ones but that doesn't mean they've declined I don't understand that logic

In a nutshell, yes, though I don't mean so much often as consistently, or compared to their album tracks vs singles. Looking through my iTunes, their ratio of good songs to lackluster songs is a lot lower than the other girl groups. Their good songs are good, though. Even better than a certain group whose name I shall not mention.
