I said ONE person(Soyeon) can sing in T-ara then you proceeded to post those videos that didn't prove anything.

T-ara hardly sing their songs live but yet have some of the easiest choreo there is. I mean Bo Peep Bo Peep, YaYaYa, Why Are You Being Like This
Lovey Dovey is probably their most intense routine
I think their next era should make it more clear whether they really belong to tier 2. However, it's pretty obvious that they're much more successful than 4minute, Secret and possibly SISTAR. 
but their charisma and performance skills are undeniable, I dunno exactly why, but I find them more appealing than T-Ara and SNSD.
