PnP did what it did and it didn't connect, but it still showed that Nicki started off this era on a serious note and she wasn't "selling sex" right away. I have a feeling PnP would have done worse had it been a later single.
Anaconda (and Bang Bang) will prolly help PnP become eligible for the platinum certification. So, it's not the end of the world. PnP will get a little something something.

I agree. You don't get a mainstream hit with a Rap song with substance. I'm glad she got a hit and hopefully the rest of the album will have more substance. I'd be very happy if she successfully combines success with quality and I strongly believe that's what she'll do.

I think PnP failed partly because of the douchey looking dude on the vid which invalidates the song that tries to be "deep".
but... whatever....
Hopefully she'll announce something at the VMA's.
