my mum is always saying that too.... I guess that compared to the other songs on the radio Kelly usually hit higher notes and has a higher tone of voice (if you get what I mean), so for someone who is used to people with voices like Britney, Lily or with easily-sung songs, it may seem like wailing or screaming.....
