I don't think it's only for iTunes pre-orders. I checked iTunes Australia and Press Conference is up for purchase. But you're right, it's not a song so I don't think it'll count.

I investigated, the CD rip of MM is 3:16.466 and the iTunes one is 3:16.426. Lmao.
I can do this version from a cd rip I can add everything.
Press Conference and the digital booklet are included in the download though. And although I'm not completely sure, I don't think that guy could have added those explicit tags himself.
