KARA 's album sales were amazing last year, and they've won more than 3 awards(IIRC) even though they promoted for one month before heading back to Japan. Not to mention that STEP sold more than Wonder World.
I think they could fit easily in the top 4/5 (even though they're horrible and talentless ) . Also, f(x) is huge in Korea regardless of International support, I've noticed that none of you guys brought them up.

Because of You was a huge hit indeed, but they've fallen off since then I think their next era should make it more clear whether they really belong to tier 2. However, it's pretty obvious that they're much more successful than 4minute, Secret and possibly SISTAR.
