Ok and that's a great thing that Gaga has brought some more people to the show. Doesn't mean their opinion on this season is any less important or that they don't have good reason to be excited for the season. Again, not saying that you're not allowed to voice your opinion.

I think part of the point that genetic's trying to make that, while maybe hurtful and rude, has some merit to it is that a lot of people in here are watching for Gaga and have little to know experience, knowledge or references relating to the show. That doesn't mean their opinions are less valid, but it does mean they're a lot more limited to "Yas Gaga! This looks like a good season! Gaga's gonna slay!" compared to things that Phenex, geemarty & so on have to say.

We've seen nothing but teasers and trailers so far and they are FAR from being lackluster.
The "Above and Below" trailer is one of, if not the best, trailers I've seen for AHS series.

That would make sense if us "bandwag0ners" didn't spend time watching the previous seasons (well not really because each season is different from the other)

And if a show is good then it will get the praise it deserves. You don't necessarily have to sit down and watch a show 10-20 times to be able to differentiate good and bad.

I've been a fan since Murder House, and I'm still very excited for Gaga too, as she's the most interesting addition to the show this season. Simple as that. I have no problems with anyone who's only checking out this season (regardless if it's only for Gaga or not), we'll only discuss Hotel in here anyway. At least bandwagoning haters will be balanced out (which we lacked during FS).

I know Coven was not scary at all, but it was the most engaging season so far.

I'm not going to lie; I'm obviously really excited for AHS because Gaga is on the show. BUT, I genuinely do love the show, Gaga being on AHS makes sense to me.

But mostly, the reason why I'm excited for this season is because it's the first time I'm experiencing all of the hype, promotion, and teasers for a season of AHS. I watched seasons 1-4 back in January when my brother bought me all of the seasons on DVD so afterward binge watching them all I got really pumped for season five. And Gaga being cast as one of the main characters on the show made me even more excited.

I think it's quite unfair of you to say that people here are only hyped because they are Gaga stans. Just because they might not have been fans since the first season doesn't make them any less of a fan than you. I think it's actually great that so many Gaga stans are getting excited over AHS.
