Apparently the tournament directors said she was suffering from a viral illness. But the tournament directors were told that from Serena herself, she could just be lying for all we know

She didn't even catch the ball from the ball boys/girls, it looked scary she better pull herself together for her 18th GS at USO!
Did they find out what's wrong or we're still don't know anything? 
Hopefully she will get over her illness or whatever demons she is fighting.
