It is the whole point of the song. Why cut out the words gay, straight and bi just to please the ABC network??
It isn't really the whole point of the song. The LGBT part is just a part of that. Gaga herself said so in her interview with Stephen Fry. I'm sure she'd rather cut it out to please ABC than not be aired at all.
