What if two people living in the same home have separate ATRL accounts which they use daily?
Would they both be seen as 'dupes' and permabanned?

Usually if you quoted the post before the edit, the original post goes to the mods.

Mods can see edits made to a post anyway.

This has happened already.
They need to send their ID's so it can be confirmed they both live in the same address and also some sort of school certificate in case they share a room.
