I hope What's My Name isn't sent to iTunes Nov 9th. That would **** up its digital performance with two seperate versions. Especially since Nov 9th is only a week before the album release.

its just a rumor and I dont think they would sent it to adds THAT late seeing as its the urban single and they are trying to continue her urban fanbase i think it might go for adds October 2nd and iTunes the 2nd of November instead. 2 weeks before the album is not so bad.

I would only be happy with it being released before Nov 16th if it became available along with a pre-order of Loud. Like with Russian Roulette.
