So tickets in some spots (usually the floor, or lower bowl closer to the stage) will be will call essentially. What you need to do is bring the credit card used to purchase the night of the show, when the doors open and they're scanning tickets to let you into the building, instead they will swipe your card and a machine will print off a ticket there with your seat information.

Ok so it seems like presale is the button on the email you got and then general sale you go directly to ticketmaster to buy!

Also for people who didn't know

We want to ensure that as many Adele.com members as possible have the opportunity to attend a performance, so any advance tickets suspected of being offered on resale marketplaces will be canceled immediately. Presale you should click on the button in your email for quickness which is her website. General sale I think is ticketmaster and you should make an account and stuff

I don't think so. I put all my info into a word doc (like credit card number etc.) and had it ready to copy and paste it to save time + I copied the code from the email right before so I had to just paste it once I got through the queue. Literally the only thing I could think of to save some time.
