Yeah, you need to mount the ISO image to be able to play it. And there's some updates that need to be done before you can play some of the expansions.
I use MagicIso & Daemon tools.
I just downloaded resident Evil 5 yesterday. They should just look up videos on youtube for it because mounting the image is not always easy ... at least for me.

It's a tool that lets you install pirated store stuff. You have to drag & drop the file/files at the decrapify.exe and then you're able to install them with the launcher!

OMFG it is worse than I was expecting. I thought it was going to be Sims related. Adobe programs (especially Illustrator) has a tendency to crash on me too. Hell, I'm sure it is a known problem. I would give you a hug...but you know. Maybe King B will be able to console your soul
