Moulin Rouge!, Chicago, Dreamgirls and Les Miserables didn't get Best Original Score noms tho so I think there is bias towards musical in this category. La La Land better snatch bc it's so good

Musicals don't really get BOS because it's a singing soundtrack, Original Score is instrumental.

I think Lin-Manuel will win over La La Land on Original Song tbh, he's loved and everyone wants him to be a EGOT

I don't think they were eligible, as they are all scores created for the original stage productions, not for the film adaptations. This is different, so it could definitely snatch a nomination.

I try to never overhype stuff, but I'm still so SHOOK and RUINED after yesterday's La La Land premiere. Y'all may not believe me, but it was just THAT perfect. The visuals, the music (which should snatch every award possible, honestly, some of the best film music ever), the actors... Emma and Ryan have magical chemistry and the former can definitely win a Best Actress Oscar. Everything about it was so perfect, I can't even. Probably gonna see this movie once again in the cinema, and I never usually do that.
