I haven't had much issues with catching Pokemon since the update? I had one incident where a Pidgey at like 80 CP jumped out of a few balls, including an Ultra Ball, before I decided it wasn't worth wasting any more balls and ran away, but that was more of an outlier, I think.

Oh. Yes, that would explain it. My original Flareon has such weak stats.

A smaller town near me I could bop along to has way better pokemon.

Cloyster, Magneton + Slowbro are the newest evs for me, and I got a decent Jynx there.

I think they maybe have fixed some of the tough catching, last night I hunted with my friend for about 6 hours and I was catching blood red circles on like 1 or 2 pokeballs, and ones I didn't weren't running after like 15 Pokeballs.

I mean stuff still ran, but it was more simulated like before the update.


I did get my Nidoking and Nidoqueen last night, and I evolved a few pokemon that I already caught wild like a Clefable with much higher CP then the caught version


That damn Richmondtown Dragonite still ****ing shows up EVERY TIME I'm not there, but when we're there he never shows his face

Since the update, I haven't spent more than three Pokeballs on any pokemon. It's been great and made things a lot easier to catch.

Guys what are the most common pokemon where you live
The pokemon i see the most ( in Madrid,Spain)are Doduo,Growlithe,Pidgeys,Zubat(UGH i hate them)Nidoran(both,male and female)Ekans,Ponytas and Geodudes,if you go on a Pokemon hunting you catch like 150 of them in a span of 2 hours
And well i'm currently in London on vacation and i see Drownzees everywhere, i had never seen one in Spain,yet there's a plague here tbh

He is, there's one that consistenly spawns in a town by me like once or twice a day but I ALWAYS miss him

On the other hand, i just hatched a Vulpix. Yaaaay

EDIT: Some of you found a Dragonite?? the only third evolutions i found were A Blastoise, Nidoking and Machamp

I found two Venusaurs, a Blastoise and a Nidoqueen, all with garbage IVs. Ironically, found a relatively high level gyarados with 88% IVs and better moves than the one I hatched and evolved myself, so I transferred the 95% one that I put all that candy into The found one had bite/hydro pump, which >>> bite/twister.

Edit: oh, and the alakazam that I powered from 300-1167 CP, only to find out it's IV'S are almost zero just in time for the only Abra nest near me to change into a growlithe one

No, the CP is based on what the pokemon's current cp is, being a higher trainer level won't change that. And also btw (for anyone), hatched eggs max at level 20, so there would be no bonus for hatching eggs later anyway.
