I had 2 full plates of Thanksgiving dinner, 5 biscuits, 3 Tamales, Pecan pie, Pumpkin pie, Cookies, Fudge
I stepped on the scale and I gained 10 ****ing pounds
How in the hell do you gain so much and lose it so fast ? I try so hard to gain weight, but it doesn't work even to the point to where I was on a strick noodle and rice diet (other foods mixed in) and I still couldn't gain weight it just made me real uncomfortable.

I was tired on Monday, did shoulders yesterday and had no time to do anything today. I also work Thursday and have something on Friday-Saturday. Like, I just start again next week. Its so annoying because I have to sit to a routine

Did you check your weight a few hours after your meal? What was it after the food passed through your system? 10 pounds for one meal is not normal at all.
Honestly ya'll need to check yourself. Thanksgiving is not an excuse to start binge eating. Tell your families to chill the F out. What's so grateful about stuffing your faces more than usual? (not as angry as it sounds)

You're doing this all wrong You can't just binge eat and expect not to gain weight. You also take way too big and many proportions when it comes to binge eating. Mind you, to many people who are trying to lose weight binge eating means something like a pizza and a Snickers afterwards. Try to control yourself a little sis.
