Canada and Mexico have it too, so I believe it's at least exclusive to North America. Haven't checked all the Latin American countries so I'm not sure

Wikipedia lists 15 standard tracks plus Habits (Hippie Sabotage Remix), Not Made For This World, The Way That I Am (Piano Version), Out of Mind (yn Remix) and the three you mentioned.
