The "Triumphant" performance was fine and entertaining enough. Sometimes I think Mariah's fanbase is reaching. She is a vocalist. So what? So many singers lip-synch, but I keep reading the same stuff about Mariah's performances. Tired of drama queens. Plus, this song is not easy to sing. And she seemed a little bit sick, if you ask me.
This small talk is getting old. The woman is not at her peak anymore. The 90s are gone. She proved how great she was when she was young. It's time to move on. Time to focus on her music, not her vocals.
The performance was horrible. "Triumphant" will never sound good live. A song like that is not vocally hard, but Mariah can't take her time and pace herself. She has no room to breathe.

I love that she improvises more with it and she sings the climax live with the subtle difference. "WHEEEEEnnnn u left" and "never should have llet u goo--OOOH" in the verse.
Not here for more drama. The key of the song is not easy, no matter how awful the performance was or would be. Drama queens will only focus on vocals even if it was the day the world ends.

IWKWLI slaying the Brazil chart for 6 damn months is probably one of my favorite Mariah chart records.
Michel Teló was not able to beat Mimi's record in his won country with his smash worldwide #1 hit. Nobody will ever do it. 6 months is something...I don't even know what to say about it.
