I said this early on in the season, but the reason I love Platinum Hit so much is because even though this is a competition against other people, it never feels like one, and you're really only trying to outdo yourself and improve each week. The atmosphere is unlike most games on ATRL and you're always sad to see someone get eliminated because you see them more as a friend than a threat to your prize.

Ugh it's why I want to be involved, in some form, for every season of Platinum Hit.

Well there's a difference between having a diverse and eclectic music taste that includes relatively unknown artists (you), and just having **** standards and will stan for any female vocal over a generic dance beat, regardless of how well-made it is or what artist value it brings (me).

The environment of this game is so much friendlier and personally I really like that it's not strategy-based. Any getting to know people and reading people's songs is optional but people do it anyways.

Because I like saving other people from taking the effort to try to tell me like it's brand new information that I don't have any standards for music and couldn't tell what a good song was if it hit me in the face.

(Although legit I just think people who feel there are objectively good and bad music tastes are complete snobs and take music too seriously, I just joke about my taste before someone else can and use it to try to put me down. I also do it with my body image and everyone just thinks I hate myself when in reality I just have enough respect for myself to not let people bring me down and I just take that power away from them. )

I'm KNEE-DEEP in schoolwork! I have a 7 page essay, a WEEK of Spanish work to make up, more spanish projects, test to take dual enrollment classes next semester, EOCT's, AND Final Exams. I STILL need to find a summer job

Your taste is actually pretty good though tbh. You like Kpop girl groups so immediately = great

I just want to get into a good college so I can be far away from my parents and focus on pursuing a music career. Money is tight so I need the best grades I can get too.
