Dreamlover introduced me to Mariah, but Fantasy was when I started to stan and then it only got worse when Honey was released.

Listening to Mariah's discography in a row right now. I'm on Music Box
Her voice on Music Box is infinitely more beautiful than the previous two. The album is great with just the singles but the fillers are rather stuck on 1990-1991 and weren't good leverage for her changing image.
Basically,
Emotions
Music Box
Mariah Carey
Also...Hero slays. Her first REALLY good ballad. Her ballads in her first two albums are rather overproduced and they all kind of sound the same

Can't Let Go is more of a mid tempo...the other two are good to..the live performances especially
