No one forced Hillary to run. No one forced Elizabeth Warren not to run or Biden or Cory Brooker. Hillary wasn't the "presumptive nominee" because she demanded it or "elites" demanded it. It was a top to bottom draft. Many politicians wanted her to run, but there was also a grassroots movement. Do you not remember the Ready For Hillary superpac? They form
the day Obama took his second inauguration. Don't tell me that was the establishment pull the strings because they capped donation limits at $25,000 and 98% of the donations were under $100.
