Ideally they take less than a week, but it's highly variable.

Okay so like I thought BGCXC (or however you spe his name) was joking when he said a rapist was hacking atrl accounts and he got warned for saying that

But it has come to my attention that a few other atrlers said the same thing and they were hacked. So not only do I request his warning point to be reversed (I'll send an HR for that) but I'm gonna need you guys to look into this matter

No one is being hacked. That guy is just editing HTML through the "Inspect element" option on Chrome, and making it appear as if he's logged onto your account. This is something anyone can do.
