Making good music is not always about playing it safe and coloring inside the lines
As a matter of fact, the best songs (or the most memorable ones)
can be the ones that don't follow the same basic formula as everything else
There's no reason to reward mediocrity
Beyonce's music has never been formulaic.
She's always had very complex complex arrangements (often times difficult to replicate)
Intricate melodies involving staccato vocalizations and rich, colorful harmonies
Beyonce has never been a run of the mill, cookie cutter popstar

This is one of the most bold and artistic projects she's ever worked on
