I mean, beyonce has not had a full era in the streaming age where the albums been available from the start (self titled was a year post its peak and lemonade wont be there at all). She'd obviously be alot higher if they were traditional releases.

Beyoncé has impressive streams next to her actual contemporaries, not so much the newer generation that started when streaming was a thing (which is obvious)

Like Run The World having 100m+ on Spotify, I know it's become a Lowkey classic because of the "who run the world" part but I've never met someone who actually enjoys it enough to listen to it

Like I'm sure that Formation Tour Superbowl commercial was EXPENSIVE (let's say $2 million), but the payoff so far is $60 million from 11 tour dates.

Whereas,

As it happens, "Man Down" has not sold that well, and radio play has been minimal.

Unless you're a new artist, or need exposure...i find the payoff in chasing hits is so little.
