It's not, unfortunately. Some people get WP for it, some don't. Depends on the mod who handles the report, I believe.
Actually it's always been like that, however it's up to the mod's discretion whether or not it's cosigning. The best thing to do is to not even quote the flamebait that way one can never get warned for it so they don't have to come in here and complain about the inconsistency of moderation (which btw is kinda redundant as moderation is always subjective)
Ok people, there are two factors here:
1.- Your post gets reported.
2.- Mod's discretion.
If you co-sign a post that was WP-worthy then you can get a WP as well. But why don't all posts get warned?
For the above reasons. If someone reports your post then it can get warned easier than others. And then it depends on mod's discretion. That's why not all co-signs get warned. Cuz nobody is going through all existing posts.
The same way people feel about Brandy/Leona jokes is how I feel every time an Aaliyah thread is made and someone is disrespecting her by making plane crash jokes. I'll never understand them. That's all.
