Give her some slack she spent the last 6 years of her life without being able to use magic, then in suspended animation for the next 7. She trained with mirajane over the last year so I guess we wil see where she is at now. I think she is being respectful, Nalu for now, but she may get her chance
Juvia is right on track to die soon since gray seems ready to confess his feelings. If she does, she will probably become the new water spirit for Lucy's key and ask her to watch over him. Just like that Natsu is available again.
