The killer can't be #3 guys. She thought Boone was a ghost. It is a female Boone's age so the only option left is Hester or MAYBE Grace, though I really really doubt the latter.

I think there's still a MINIMAL chance that it's Zayday (since biracial babies are usually pale when born, so it's possible), but the rest of these theories I see are on par with those who pill together kill together, I may slay Liz Daw, and anything Denise has ever said.

This. They should have saved Gigi for the end. Like have Grace's dad marry her and then reveal her as the mastermind, but not the Red Devil killer.

I'm going to say Hester isn't really dead and it's her, but that doesn't leave a shocking reveal for the finale. I think they're going to pull a 180 on us and have the baby be Grace but have her not connected to the murders and have the murderer be Pete.

I'm giving major Grace teas, just popping out theories to see if one sticks. I literally have accused everyone in the main cast except Denise, Zayday, Chanel and the Dean.

I doubt Gigi is the mastermind. Maybe she has someone directing her? Like Grace's Dad?

Omg all my theories are falling apart I just reread that and it literally makes no sense. Also the reason I'm saying Gigi isn't the mastermind is because I feel like a Hester reveal would be kind of basic. Wouldn't Ryan Murphy try to make the finale like, super shocking? It's kind of seeming predictable... I think there's gonna be some gigantic twist.
