If he criticizes her, she will evict herself from being zachary's godmother. She needs YES men around her. No one is allowed to criticize her. So since Elton needs every little relevance he can get its best he stays on gagas good side even though she's not relevant anymore so at the same time maybe its a good idea he starts telling her that her career is expired
