'The X Factor' Flash Vote axed from tonight's show

There will be no Flash Vote on tonight's X Factor Live Show.
A spokesperson for the ITV series explained that there is not enough time for the Flash Vote due to Nile Rodgers and Chic's hits medley.
As a result, Dermot O'Leary will announce the identity of both acts in the sing-off during tomorrow night's (November 3) results show.
A spokesperson said: "As tonight's show featured an opening performance by Nile Rodgers and Chic there wasn't time in the show's current length to feature the Flash Vote as well.
"The Flash Vote is currently being rested, the Live Show has always had a number of innovations and changes from wildcards and double eliminations to keep things interesting for viewers."
It is currently unclear whether producers will bring back the Flash Vote in future weeks.
The X Factor continues tonight (November 2) at 8pm on ITV.
