Will Gaga even make the top 10?

I've just never been here for it at all. The lyrics are terrible (no matter how many people try to tell me that those Hitchcock references are "clever") and the vocals are way too throaty for me. It's just not a pleasurable listen at all.
The video truly is great though.

Seriously Madonnas a 0 for All The Things GOD Said?
Aw, I wouldn't have mind BR winning but oh well, would have been predictable.

Oh?
18. Lady Gaga- Poker Face (8.194)

Highest score: 10 x14 (jinzo, backtoback, Supaspaz, Strangergab, conseeded, Sporefan, berberocka, Kool_Aid_King, Pink Panther, VJoker, CrazyCat, Konichiwa, MP2K, Ace Reject)
The trolling continues, why didn't I just remove your votes from the rate?: 0 x2 (Regina George, Glassheart- girl you gave Bad Romance a 10, are you a screw loose?)
Let's give Stefani something to cry about:

So that's game, set, match for Stefani Germanotta!
Wikipedia says the following:
Lyrically, "Poker Face" is about a woman engaged in the practice of cockteasing.
So, err,

???
In the US, the dual #1s of Just Dance and this represented the first time since A-gorilla's Genie in a Bottle and What A Girl Wants that a female artist was able to achieve consecutive #1s from their début singles. Notwithstanding, Bionic is available for £2.
Of the video, she says:
"I knew I wanted it to be sexy, so I thought no pants, because that's sexy. And I knew I wanted it to be futuristic, so I thought shoulder pads, because that's my thing.
A simpler time that we all strive for. The video also features two Great Danes, the names of whom are Lava, and Lava's son, Rumpus. These 2 dogs have as many UK #1s as Avril Lavigne and Nicki Minaj.
Jinzo's verdict: 10
Another perfect piece of pop excellence! The chorus is just absolutely sublime. Straight out brilliance. She absolutely nailed it with this single- and showed us all that she was a girl that was here for the long haul. It was with this song and this video that I stepped aboard a stan train that would only stop when a girl called Cher walked into my life.

Is this the last Gaga song? If so, I am very surprised.
I like this one less than flaw-free should've been top 5 Bad Romance, but its still a 9.
This was the first Gaga song I liked

I never really got into Gaga's discography. I get pretty tired of her fast, don't know why.

An modern pop classic like "All The Things She Said" already out ( ), it should be AT LEAST top 10.
Bad Romance and Poker Face out.

"Poker Face" is overrated. I kind of love how she's not top 15.

And to cap off a pretty damn brutal night.....
17. Britney Spears- Everytime (8.224)
Highest score: 10 x16 (jinzo, backtoback, Supaspaz, Cassiopeia, Glassheart, lovesong, conseeded, Regina George, Kool_Aid_King, Sporefan, berberocka, VJoker, Flashing Lights, CrazyCat, Soma80, keshaspearsxo, Ace Reject)
Are you honestly being serious here?: 0 x1 (Strangergab)
An unflattering picture of Britney Spears, the best picture ever:
What a night. It won ATRL's Britney Singles Rate, but it couldn't win a place in your Top 15!
Everytime, as it is, is a scary omen of what was to come in Britney's life. A girl fresh in love with her Mr Timberlake, her limbs all working and her voice not pre-recorded by Microsoft Sam- this girl seeing all her dreams disappear into a bathtub filling with blood. The doctors could not resuscitate this Britney- and a new one is given to life in the form of a baby in the room next door. Speaks volumes about the Britney we lost and the Britney that followed.
As you might know, this was a song- perhaps the last- where Britney exercised a dominant control over the creative course. She wrote it herself, sang it live, and had a major say in the video's direction. The song is a huge departure from the cool production of In the Zone with its stripped-back piano melody. Moreover, the video itself came into a gigantic storm of controversy, some claiming it glamorised suicide and self-harm. Some compared it to Marilyn Monroe (yes Nicki Minaj, this is capable without a f*cking horrifying song based around a Facebook status). Either way, it would be Britney's last flirtation with a UK #1. Mostly because she can't be arsed to promote or to move her knees when near a stage.
Jinzo's verdict: 10
Quite possibly my favourite Britney single of all time. It's so haunting, so chilling, so different- yet so inviting. "What have I done? You seem to move uneasy"....lyrics like that, they just send shivers down me. Her vocals are undeniably brilliant. It's stuff like this that makes me think just what she could have been humanly capable of without the breakdown that ensued. She was at the top of her game, she was untouchable. In a world where pop is dominated by the brash, bombastic and loud, this was a poignant, touching and just frankly exceptional change in the tide.

Bad Romance should have been eliminated long ago. I never understood its success (a 5 from me).
Poker Face - in other hand - is one of the best song in this rate (a 9). But I like it that much just because of Eric Cartman's cover

Another great elimination.
"Everytime" is so overrated here, I'm appalled.
"Maneater" still here? It needs to go now.
