I mix it up a lot but generally goes like this:
Quads:
Barebell Squats (140 kg - 10 reps, 4 sets)
45 degree Leg Press (400 kg - 10 reps, 4 sets)
Single Leg Leg Press (140 kg - 12 reps, 3 sets)
Leg Extension (50 kg - 25 reps, 4 sets)
Hammies:
Deadlifts (140 kg - 10 reps, 4 sets)
Leg Curl (50 kg - 12 reps, 4 sets)
Swiss Ball Leg Curl (25 reps, 3 sets)
Calves:
Omni Calve raises (120 kg - 7/7/7 reps, 3 sets) (Omni means 7 with feet pointed out, 7 feet pointed in, 7 parallel)
Calve raises on leg press machine (100 kg - 25 reps, 4 sets)
Then I die....
