Beric dondarrion is written as a guest star for the season.. They could have shown LSH's origin on screen and maybe shown us many scenes spread throughout the season about the things LSH does..

Nah because in the foreshadowing special episode six is just after the PW. So if their trying to follow the book, the won't show lsh until after everything in king's landing in done and you know who has escaped.

Bbut the KL events are unrelatedto LSH.. And when LSH debuts in the books its already been doing the hangings so the show.could have debuted it earlier.

LSH needs to be the final twist of the season, like it's the final twist in the book, it's the only way to end on a WTF note strong enough to top the first two season finale cliffhangers.

It seems like they might be saving LSH for Season Five anyway.

From the trailers it was clear that Brienne will leave King's Landing with the epic armour and sword from Jamie so why would they delay the revelation of LSH till Season 5??

tbh, i think i might be confusing the entry of LSH in the books! It was first mentioned in the Epilogue sure, but in the book ASOS wasnt it mentioned in places that Beric is now roaming the riverlands with a lover and other rumours like that that suggested the rise of LSH? or were these from AFFC?

Me too but then I thought about it and the finale feels more appropriate. Just have them mention the hangings throughout the season then BOOM.

God yes, it needs to happen, I remember when I was reading the epilogue for the first time, I SCREAMED. Such a moment of vindication and escalation, only to realise how tragic the whole thing is when we start to see the full picture of how cold and ruined LSH is and what she's doing as the leader of the Brotherhood Without Banners compared to Beric Dondarrion , but hey, a dead Frey is a good Frey.

LSH needs to be this season's cliffhanger ending. It's probably my favorite plot twist of the whole book series so far, along with Sansa finding out who killed Joffrey when she steps on LF's boat (they better make sure Lady Olenna is wearing a mysterious hair net OR ELSE) . God I hope they execute this to perfection.
