The font on the cover has more meaning, so I appreciate it.
If Work is representative of the album, it is going to be very personal. Miami was her first home in America. It is where she developed her flow and overall skill. She has a real Miami sound mixed with classic Southern-Rap flow (and accent
)
She wanted to pay homage to Miami as much as possible on the cover. WIth the house having classic Florida architecture (anyone know if the house is more personal than that? did she live there or anything?) and the Miami Vice font, it is way too perfect.
ESPECIALLY with how she always has pop culture references, using a classic 80's tv show's font was a great choice.
Wow that was an undeserved rant. I just love the cover so much for symbolism and aesthetics
